Rear Tower : 256 bedrooms with private bathrooms and 65 suites.

Totally are 610 rooms (545 bedrooms and 65 suites). All have T.V. with satellite channels, domestic and international telephone lines, central air-conditioning, and a small refrigerator for cool drinks.

Front Tower:

Single Room : consists of a single bed.

Double Room : consists of two separate beds.

Triple Room : consists of three separate beds.

4 kitchens is available in each floor.

Rear Tower:

Single Room : consists of a single bed.

Double Room : consists of two separate beds.

Triple Room : consists of three separate beds.

Suite A : consists of two bedrooms each with two separate beds and a bathroom.

Suite B : consists of three bedrooms each with two separate beds, and two bathrooms.

Suite C : consists of three bedrooms each with two separate beds, and three bathrooms..

Each unit has a kitchen.

Restaurants :

Ohud Restaurant: situated on the mezzanine, accommodates up to 550 persons, serving a variety of International and Local Cuisines.

Alansar Restaurant: situated on the first floor, accommodates up to 300 persons, serving a variety of Oriental and Continental Cuisines.

Al-Fairuzya Hall: situated on the mezzanine, accommodates up to 300 persons.
It could be used as a lecture hall, meeting room or restaurant.

Al-Fairuzya Coffee Shop: situated on the lobby, serves coffee, tea, and desserts.
